The principal investment objective of the Automata is to generate consistently strong absolute returns coupled with low volatility across market cycles by attempting to capture value through a proprietary quantitative investment process by means of long and short positions in liquid exchange-traded US equities, exchange-traded funds (“ETFs”) and exchange-traded notes (“ETNs”).
